Found a wrong opening time, an event that has already ended, or a link that goes nowhere? Tell us. We check it, fix it, and date the correction on the page.
Asking for a correction
The fastest way is to send the address of the page and what is wrong on it — ideally with a link to the official page that shows the right value. How corrections are handled is set out in the editorial policy.

What to ask the institution instead
We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking, and we cannot answer questions about a visit — we are independent of every institution on this site. Each visiting guide links the institution’s own booking system and gives its phone number.
We usually reply within two to three working days.
